5.4 Details of student support mechanism for coaching for competitive examinations (If any)
The college has a special Competitive Exam and Career Guidance cell to guide students on how to prepare for various competition exams like UPSC/MPSC/Railway/Banking etc. the CE and CG cell also helps the students about choosing their career options with necessary information. Along with this, there is special ten member committee for competitive exam that plans and executes necessary initiatives like organising expert lectures, conducting competitive exams, conducting mock-interviews, counselling about career opportunities available with the life and market. The Competitive Exam Library and Reading room facility is available with some 908 updated qualities textbook about competitive exams and LCD projector and Internet facility. The timing for the centre is from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM; currently 40 students are availing of this facility.

5.6 Details of student counselling and career guidance
Counselling during admission.
Counselling from CE and CG cell.
On 01st Aug. 2015 a one day workshop is organized on Opportunities and Recruitment Process in Banking Sector under the guidance of Prof. Dnyandev, Sankalp Academy, Aurangabad. In this workshop 233 students are present.
On 28th Aug. 2015 a Civil exam Aptitude Test based on MPSC, UPSC Pre Exam Pattern. In this exam 284 students are participated.
On 16th Oct. 2015 a One Day Skill Development Workshop is organized under the guidance of Prof. Nareshchandra Kathole, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Academy, Amravati. In this workshop 189 students are present.

6. Governance, Leadership and Management
6.1 State the Vision and Mission of the institution
Vision
To foster and intensify the desire of knowledge among the students hailing from rural area and to achieve their sustainable multidimensional development.
Mission
The focus of college is on integrated and multidimensional development of students personality.
Propagation / inculcation of values enshrined in the constitution of Indian.
Excellence in education with social relevance, dissemination of knowledge keeping pace with time.
With the organization of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activity such as NSS, NCC cultural programme, elocution, debate, Adarsh Annual Magazine and celebration days. Celebration of Birth Anniversary of well known personalities in the field of science, social work etc. College maintain traditions, good exam system, felicitation program of meritorious students, retired faculties etc.
