Describe your dream job and why you would be a good candidate for the position. Using the information you have learned in your entrepreneurship class, write a persuasive essay explaining why you would be the perfect fit for your intended career. As you write your essay remember to address the following questions:
What are the skills required for your dream job; what skills do you already have? What steps do you need to take to obtain the skills you consider to be necessary?
Why is this your intended career? What makes it special?
Out of all the people who may be interested in this particular career, what makes you stand out?
All essays must be submitted with the provided cover sheet.
All students - from each Entrepreneurship class that is part of the Virtual Enterprises program - are invited to participate in the competition. Each school’s entrepreneurship teacher (or teachers) will select the top three essays (based on the scores using the rubric) to submit to VEI for further consideration. If there is more than one entrepreneurship class in the school, choose the TOP THREE ESSAYS SCHOOLWIDE.
All essays must be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by December 11, 2015.
