Reflection and Artifact
You need an artifact for each area in which you are demonstrating competency. The artifact, such as a scanned picture of your students’ work, should be preceded by a reflection that :
Answers “what”: summarize the artifact that documents the experience,
Answers “so what”: what have you learned and how does this lead to meeting the standards, and
Answers “now what”: what are implications for future learning and/or refinements.
The reflection should link to your artifact.
