Students are eligible to receive credit for DSST (formerly known as DANTES) exams upon application to a UAA Associate or Bachelors level degree program. Students pursuing an Occupational Endorsement Certificate are not eligible. Please verify your admission status before ordering transcripts.
Satisfactory minimum scores are based on recommendations and evaluations from both The American Council on Education and academic departments at UAA. Credit for exams will be elective credit or, through agreements with departments, will be equated to UAA courses.
To order a DSST Exam score report, visit www.getcollegecredit.com/contact.
If you do not see your DSST exam listed, or took your exam on paper or prior to 2008, please contact the Transfer Credit team at transfer@uaa.alaska.edu. Scores and equivalencies for older exams, as well as DSST and DANTES exams that are no longer offered are available upon request.
